“Nobunaga no Yabou 2” is a historical strategy game developed and published by Koei. It is the third installment in the “Nobunaga’s Ambition” series. The game introduces the concept of military commanders, featuring over 400 real-life Japanese generals. Additionally, in this installment, the northeastern region and Kyushu are removed from the game map.

Originally released in December 1988 for the PC-88SR home computer, the game was later ported to various platforms, including the FC game console, PlayStation, and Sega Saturn.
